Most frames $99 or more include a Two Year Warranty for Manufacturer Defects. Frames $50 to $98 include a One Year Warranty for Manufacturer Defects.

Most Prescription Lenses are available with a Two Year Scratch Warranty (Up to Two remakes for Two Years) or One Year Warranty (One Remake for One Year).

Important Details You Need To Know
Frame Warranties
Our "Frame Warranties" cover manufacturer defects. Damage from accidental breakage (i.e. sitting on frames, dogs eating frames, children twisting frames, etc...) is not covered by the "Frame Warranty". However, you will still be covered by the "Accident Protection" plan.
Insurance Glasses May Have Restrictions
Some insurance companies and their labs (including VSP and EyeMed) prohibit our generous warranties and guarantees. If your insurance (and their lab) has a more restrictive warranty, remake, or satisfaction guarantee policy, we must follow their policy. On some plans, you may not be allowed to change your frame or lens design once ordered.
"No-Line Bifocal/Progressive" Expectations
These modern lenses are not perfect and WILL NOT provide you with the vision of your teens. However, they will (if given the opportunity) provide you with vision far superior to "Lined Bifocals" or the inconvenience of carrying 2 or 3 different pairs of glasses.
30 Day Non-Adapt Policy
Not everyone can wear "No Line Bifocals/Progressives". If you are not able to adapt to your lenses, we will replace the lenses with one pair of single vision lenses or lined bifocal lenses at no additional fee. Original fees cannot be refunded.
No Refunds or Cancelled Orders
We will go above and beyond to help you love your glasses. However, due to the "custom" nature of your lenses and the "custom" fitting of your frames, we are not able to offer refunds or cancel orders that the lab has already started.
Precautions
Shatter Resistance Lenses
These lenses offer UV protection, increased safety, and are recommended for anyone exposed to the risk of an eye injury including active adults, functionally one-eyed people, and are required for anyone under the age of 18 years old.
Using Your Own Frame or any Used Frame
Due to the unknown quality and/or condition of an "outside" frame or any already worn frame, we can not accept responsibility for any damage or breakage that may occur during lens insertion or during frame adjustments.
